Back from Japan Trip

Finally i'm back to reality. I just back from my Japan trip on tuesday night. There is a lot of story wanted to write and a lot of photo to show too. But since i just back from holiday, i receive a lot of email and i have a lot of work to do. So i have not much time to start write japan trip blog. I have written some in paper while in Japan, but i still need time to type in. Haha..

One thing good on my first day of work after a long holiday, i manage to pull out from my part time project. Reason is I'll starting supporting my own full time work starting from next week. Means i'll be busy starting next week until christmas. But i really happy to be pulled out because i notice that project is messy and keep on changing requirement. There is no proper design and communication between each other too.

Then yesterdayy, i start to create my own website. I need sometime to do the setup. So, my japan trip story will start in my new website soon. Please be patient and wait.. hehe..

Time to prepare for work now..

Finally, i will flying off to japan within 24hours from now.. yeah! I'm waiting for this trip long time ago.

Recently really busy with work. I work from 9-6pm. And sometimes need to work OT at home until 11pm. Oh no! I hate this life..

Suddenly I feel like I'm totally not ready for my trip. OMG! Everything seem not ready and i'm not well prepared. My things still not yet packed and i'm not sure what to bring too. I need to calm down and think what else i forgotten.

I have to finish packing by tonight but i really tired. I cannot lazy now and I have to start packing before 12 midnight. I need to have a proper sleep to prepare for my japan trip tomorrow.

I will not updating anything for the next 10days. Hopefully when I'm back from trip I will have more time to write out my japan trips story..

hm missing in action

This morning i been wonder why HM didn't online? I keep looking at my gtalk. How come 11am she still not yet online? Today she got meeting? demo? or pc send to re-format again? Maybe she mc again..

Think and think and think. Suddenly i remember she today's onleave and she should be still in Kajang. Haha! I have totally forgotten that she back to Malaysia for deepavali holiday.

I wanted to buzz KC to ask why she didn't online again. Luckily I not yet buzz him. Surely he will said i always disturb HM. HM is my everyday kaki chatting. No matter busy or free I will auto buzz her and said hi to her. Haha

HM, now u know how much i miss u since u left TAS... hehe

Yee Chung's song 七天追到你

Recently, i heard from myfm Yee Chung's new song [七天追到你].
I quite like this song because seem relax and happy song. Sw and Yc said the song seem like love song for a guy after a girl when in school time. Something similar to puppy love. I quite agree because i'm sure those 'mui mui zai' love this song and surely will like Yee Chung very much. Haha!

Then we discuss about this song lyric where one part mention about the guy said 'i love u' 700 times in 7days. We calculated that the guy one day need to tell 100 times and one day only max 12 hours. This mean every hour he need to tell 10 times. Wow! Too much and i think the girl at first feel happy but slowly sure feel frustrated. Maybe the gal will punch the guy because feel the guy is very 'fan'

Hyacinth [风信子]

Nowadays I start addicted to taiwanese drama. Recently, i watch one drama named My Queen [败犬女王]. In this drama, they introduce one plant name hyacinth [风信子]
What is this plant? Meaning from wikipedia:
Hyacinthus is a genus of bulbous flowering plants, formerly placed in the lily family Liliaceae but now regarded as the type genus of the separate family Hyacinthaceae. They are commonly called Hyacinths, and are native to the eastern Mediterranean region east to Iran and Turkmenistan.

Why i would like to introduce this plant? In the drama, this flower is a gift to a guy name Lucas from his ex-girlfriend where his ex-gf is dead. The girl told Lucas that even the flower is dead but one day will blooming again. But how? In this drama, the answer is cut the flower.
Why? I do not know how to explain in English. I direct copy out from the drama. Hehe..

This phrase is something i think is quite meaningful. People will never move forward if always stay in their past history. We should forget the past and move forward.

Pinky Bear Handphone Accessories

I always have one pinky cute bear as my handphone accessories. This bear is a 365 days birthday bear. The bear is written 25th March which mean is my birth date. The first bear I bought is year 2006 when i visited Singapore for christmas. I bought one pair of this bear. One is purple and one is pink. Then, last year christmas when in Singapore, i bought another new bear for myself to replace this old bear. Reason is this old pinky bear already dirty and going to spoil soon.

Time to say good bye to my old pinky bear. I have decided to change my old bear to new bear since the old one really dirty.. And welcome my new pinky bear. Hehe

Shopping Day - 20091010

I have dated my cousin, minlee to shopping since last monday. The last time we went for shopping is around 3 months ago.. Wow! So long we never go out together.. Today both of us shopping a lot of things. Although i spend a lot, but i'm very happy to shopping with her.. I treat her breakfast at klinney. We order soft boiled egg and kaya toast. Then she treated me lunch at Delicious. Yum! Yum! We order one burger and one pasta. The portion is too big and we both can't finish our lunch.

I bought one dress, one jacket, 3 pairs of socks, one shirt and one jeans. The most happy is i bought the dress for only rm71.40 after 70% discount. Both of us bought the same dress. When i'm at cashier, the sales gal was shocked and shouted 'so cheap!' to me. Haha.. I was shocked and I just smile at her and said 70% discount.. I'm sure you wanted to see what type of dress i bought right? Please wait until saturday and you will know.. Haha..

Another thing that i bought is starbuck tumbler. Nice?

This tumbler is very expensive. At first, I wanted to buy cup or mug. We walk to Robinson and the cups is quite expensive. All the cups cost around rm25-rm39. Minlee suggested to buy starbuck tumbler or cup where the name will be better than those normal cup. So we headed to starbuck and I bought it after i walk 3 starbucks shop at mid-valley.

Shopping at Isetan Pre-sales 20091009

My friend and I plan go shopping for Isetan Pre-sales on friday night. But around 5:30pm, YC wanted to FFK us and meet her friend from Penang. We let her decide wanted to cancel or go with us but we still nag her. Haha.. Reason is she is the one that date us for the sales and she wanted to FFK us on last minute.
Finally she decide going to Mid-Valley but we only having dinner together. After dinner, she left us to join her friend. So, four of us went for Isetan sales. Guess what I buy? One pair of shoes..

We walk for around 2.5hours in Isetan. SW and TW buy nothing. KK bought one dockers pants.

After shoppping we went to yamcha. KK wanted to bring us to try the 'roti bakar' that he mention very nice. Guess where is the place? Sea Park Maybank Mamak store.. Haha.. That is the place where my ex-colleague likes to go whenever we have gathering. And Seapark is the place where I used to stay whenever I have my holiday in KL during my school time. I miss that place a lot. Whenever I go back Seapark, I will have a lot of flash back memory during my school time. Haha..

The roti bakar is quite nice. That is my first time eat roti bakar there. Normally I only know that mamak is famous for nasi lemak ayam. We chit-chat at the mamak store until 12 mid-night.

Black & White (Taiwanese Drama)

I been lazy to write blog recently. Maybe because i'm sick for one week++. What kind of sick? I have one full package which is sorethroat, flu and cough.
Then i can't think of anything to write too. Haha.. Sooner or later I think no more grandmother story in my blog anymore.

Recently, I watch one taiwanese drama which is recommended by my cousin. In english the title will be Black & White. In chinese the name is 痞子英雄. I think I stop watching taiwanese drama for more than half years. The reason I stop watching maybe mostly taiwanese drama will be more to love story. This Black & White is about police investigation. The drama is act by 周渝民(zai zai) and 赵又廷. The storyline is quite cool and unpredictable. The story really caught my attention and I watch finish the drama within a week. There are 24 episod. Hehe..

And there is one song in this drama which attracted me. The song name is 放逐爱情. This song is a sad song that make me think of a lot of past memories. And I have send this song to my friend, YC where I think she will be sentimental as me. haha

Mable Wedding Day - 26 September 2009

I been stop writing my blog for one week plus. Last weekend, I busy with my friend wedding. First I attended her bachelor night on friday night. Then, the second day, I be her ji mui and need to wake up at 6am to reach her house at 645am. Third day, attended her wedding dinner from 7pm to 1130pm. Most worst is I get sick on monday after attending her 3 days wedding. I get one full sick package which is flu, sore throat, fever and cough. But good thing is I get mc on tuesday where i can write this blog.

Let me start the story starting from Friday night. At first, I just thought go her house for dinner and then go home. But I end up at spending my time there until 12 mid-night. Guess what I do there?

This is the ballon for bridegroom's best friend to blow where inside the ballon they put in flour. OMG!

Sepang Gold Coast + Bagan Lalang + Tanjung Sepat Family Day Trip (Part 2)

We reach Tanjung Sepat town around 1pm for lunch. We headed to the restaurant name New Hong Seng Bay Seafood at Jalan Tepi Laut. We waited at least 1 hour for the food since the restaurant is full of people. I'm not sure why is famous but for us the food is normal. For my own comment, I will just say the food is normal and not special. But one thing good about this restaurant which is the food is worth for the price because we order 9 dishes for only RM211.80. What we order? We have one vege, taufu, fishball soup, sotong, thai chicken, 2 types of crab flavour, lala and oyster omelette.

While waiting for lunch, I took some photos near the restaurant. This restaurant has a good view towards the famous bridge in Tanjung Sepat.

After our lunch, time for us to take some walk. We went to another farm name GanoFarm. There we can see how mushroom grow. This farm is totally boring. There is only little mushroom to see at the farm. But they have a big shop for selling their mushroom product.

While waiting for them shopping in mushroom shop, my cousin and I went out to the sea side to take some photos again. We thought that the bridge behind the mushroom farm is the Lover's bridge. But when we walk there, we notice that we went into wrong bridge. Oops! Nevermind. The view is nice even is wrong bridge and we took some photos there.



After that, we walk to the real Lover's Bridge. But only 5 of us walk since all of them is tired.


We finish our walk around 4:30pm. It's time for tea time. So, we went to the famous kopitiam name Hai Yew Hin for pau as tea time. When we reach there, we realised that the famous pork pau is finish. We all feel disappointed. The shop people told my mum that they have a long queue list order until night. Wow! What so nice about this pau? The answer is don't know. The only thing we can said is we need to come again next time for breakfast instead of tea time for the answer. Haha.

When we finish our tea time, my uncle wanted to buy some famous fishball before returning home. We stop at one small stall next to temple to buy the fishball.

They bought some fried fishball and eat at roadside. Eeerr.. I wonder why they so hungry? Maybe we didn't get the chance to eat the pau just now.

Then, we drive back home. That's the end of our family day trip.

Sepang Gold Coast + Bagan Lalang + Tanjung Sepat Family Day Trip (Part 1)

Last saturday, my aunt suggested to have a two days trip to Ipoh or Melaka. But since I just back from Melaka, we targeted Ipoh. We tried to find apartments or house to rent. Since this weekend is a festival season, all the apartments and house is fully booked. So we need to think of other place for one day visit. We came out with a few suggestion like Kuala Selangor, Pulau Ketam, Pulau Carrey, Batu Caves, PD, Bukit Tinggi.. etc. But none of us like the places mention. End up we came out with idea going to Tanjung Sepat. All of us seem interested with this place because something new to us. We start to google on internet about Tanjung Sepat. And all of us agreed to go Tanjung Sepat on our Hari Raya holiday for one day trip. Phew! My mission is done.

Today is our trip. Yeah! All of us very excited. We start our journey at 8:30am from Puchong and meet my aunt at Sepang Circuit F1 at 9:30am. There are 16 of us with four cars. Aunt Bee lost their way to Sepang Circuit F1 and we waited them for around 10-15mins. While waiting, we took some photos.

After that we start our first journey to Dragon Fruit Farm. The farm name is Multi-rich Pitaya Sdn Bhd. Oops! I'm advertisting for them. The farm is location at Kampung Baru, Sepang.

What we do there? I just taking photo around the farm. Currently is not dragron fruit season. So disappointed when I can't find any dragon fruit at the farm. But then when walking around the farm, i found one and only one dragon fruit on the tree.

Then we continue to second farm called Wan Tee Longan Malaysia. The farm is located at Taman Sri Sungai Pelek. There is a lot of longan planted there. Currently is not pineapple season. So, there is only a few pineapple planted there. And from the farm, I learn that pineapple tree need 14 months to grow out one pineapple. Wow! That's really long time.

Sean with pineapple. Sean first time saw pineapple tree looks. His first impression is why look like pandan tree? OMG! We can't blame him because he is city boy.

After finish with farm, we headed to Bagan Lalang where Sepang Gold Coast located. Yeah! Time for beach.

Other family outing playing with water and sand. So envy them.

I will think that is quite waste because we never prepare anything for beach. We can't play with sand and water. So we just walk around the beach for some photos. For me, I will consider the beach is clean than Morib beach. After walk for whole morning, we started to hungry and time for lunch. My aunt suggested to go Tanjung Sepat for seafood lunch. So, we continue our journey to Tanjung Sepat where need another 30 minutes drive.

Mille Crepe Cake for HM (Part 2)

Yes! Yes! Yes! It's friday again. And this weekend will be a long holiday for me because of Hari Raya. Today I have a lot of activities. After work, I attended my aerobic class at 7:00pm. Today's aerobic teacher is quite young and she is a malay. Oops! I do not know her name. Her class is quite okay compare to the last week Thu aerobic class. Last thu is a male teacher. I do not like the class because he teaches us how to be 'Lee Xiao Long'. He teaches us something similar to kick boxing. OMG! He keep asking us to 'ah da!' Beh tahan! How can ask me to do this kind of post with those sound. So this week, I attend the Friday class instead of Thu class. I prefer this malay gal more than that MR 'Lee Xiao Long'. But I still missed Tracy. Tracy is my favourite aerobic teacher. She now pregnant and she only available 7 months later.

After aerobic, I have one mission to archieve today. It's mille crepe cake day. Today I need to prepare for the pastry cream. I have change vanilla pastry cream to yogurt cheese cream.

Before start to make the pastry cream, take out yesterday crepe batter and let it cool to room temperature. Cook the crepe batter to make 20 pieces crepe using non-stick pan.

Then, make the yogurt cheese cream. First step is to mix yogurt, cheese, icing sugar, lemon together into a mixer.

Second step is to mix whipping cream and icing sugar into a mixer.

Then fold the yogurt cheese with the whipping cream. After finish this, time for assemble the cakes.

Now here is my mille crepe cake. Not sure is nice because I edited the receipe with my own receipe. Haha..

Mission complete. Will let my white rat to test on my new receipe of mille crepe cake tomorrow morning. But I will remind her that "to eat at her own risk".

Mille Crepe Cake for HM (Part 1) + Blueberry Cheese Tart

HM is coming back this weekend for her Raya Holiday. I did promise her to make her mille crepe cake. Since today I skip the aerobic class, I have more time to prepare the ingredients.

Today, I will just need to prepare for the crepes batter. All I need is just butter, milk, eggs, all-purpose flour, sugar and salt.

Mix everything slowly in a mixer. When done, pour into a container and keep in fridge overnight.

This time I will change the vanilla pastry cream to cheese pastry cream. So, tomorrow only I will prepare the pastry cream and also make the crepes. Then finally assemble the crepe cake. Hopefully my cheese mille crepe cake is successful. First mission done. Yeah!

So, I continue with another mission which is making blueberry cheese tart. My mum have prepare for me the pasty (half-baked tart) yesterday night. Today, I just need to prepare the Cream Cheese Filling with blueberry jam topping.

Ingredient for Cream Cheese Filling is only cream cheese, icing sugar, egg and butter. Mix everything together and then pour into half-baked tarts. Add in blueberry as the topping. Lastly, bake again the tarts for another 10-15mins.

My blueberry cheese tart. Yum! Yum! Oh no! Feel hungry. I should go to bed early else I keep thinking to eat this tart.

Buka Puasa Dinner

Yesterday night, our company have an event called Buka Puasa Dinner for all the TRW staff. Unfortunately, only a few malays attended the dinner. Not sure what is the reason they not attending.

The dinner is quite boring. The registration start at 6:30pm [3rd Floor (penthouse) Quill Building, our office bulding]. So at around 6:30pm, we walk up to 3rd Floor. We register and get the door gift. What is the door gift? one cup cake and one t-shirt.


After the registration, we have nothing to do. We just sit there and chit-chatting. Oh ya, we take our group photo. KK is left out because he is the photographer.

So, i upload his personal photo here.. haha

At around 6:50pm, our GM give a few minutes speech, then we have ice breaking. Do you know what is ice-breaking? They get a few pieces of ice and assemble it. Then they ask our GM, to break it using hammer. Everyones laugh when the GM break the ice because is funny. After ice breaking, we have games (asking question) and the gift is such as TRW mug, TRW pen.. etc.. for those who answer correctly.

The buka puasa time is 7:15pm. So, we only allow to start our dinner at 7:15pm. When reach 7:15pm, everyone started to queue and wait for dinner.

Comments on food:
1. Eatable
2. Taste okay only.
3. Not much choice

We heard that one headcount for the food is around rm20-rm30. The food is consider expensive because there is not much choice on the food. I forget to take photo on the food and the environment is dark. So, not suitable for taking photo.

We finish dinner around 8:30pm. Then everyone is going home. Oh ya, there is lucky draw but our gang did not get any prizes. I think our gang is always unlucky gang. haha
