After aerobic, I have one mission to archieve today. It's mille crepe cake day. Today I need to prepare for the pastry cream. I have change vanilla pastry cream to yogurt cheese cream.
Before start to make the pastry cream, take out yesterday crepe batter and let it cool to room temperature. Cook the crepe batter to make 20 pieces crepe using non-stick pan.
Then, make the yogurt cheese cream. First step is to mix yogurt, cheese, icing sugar, lemon together into a mixer.

Second step is to mix whipping cream and icing sugar into a mixer.

Then fold the yogurt cheese with the whipping cream. After finish this, time for assemble the cakes.
Now here is my mille crepe cake. Not sure is nice because I edited the receipe with my own receipe. Haha..

Mission complete. Will let my white rat to test on my new receipe of mille crepe cake tomorrow morning. But I will remind her that "to eat at her own risk".
