Ping Pei Mooncake

This is my third time making ping pei mooncake.. The first time is in year 2007.. I still remember i learn how to make the ping pei mooncake before i go Dubai.. The first attempt in making the ping pei mooncake with my mum.. Sure is successful version because my mum is there for me.. hahaha...

That year, 2007 where i celebrate my mid-autumn there, i make ping pei mooncake and jelly mooncake.. I still remember that a few of us making the ping pei skin together.. We make the mooncake around 11++pm at night... Is quite crazy to prepare the ping pei mooncake in midnite..

This year, i tried to make the ping pei mooncake again.. but this attempt is failed.. The ping pei skin is too thick and a bit sweet.. So, i make again on the second day with thinner skin and less sweet..
